Anyway, the people who used his art for their avatar, don't care a bit :P. It's not like the people took credit for their avatar and displayed it as their art.

And I know you don't care because if someone was using your art I'm sure you would get real pissed off.

It's not the point if you credit it or not, it's using it to begin with. He doesn't like it when people rip apart his art for their own use.

If he doesn't, I want HIM to let me know. I wouldn't care if someone was using my art as their avatar, I would care, however, if they said that it was them who drew it. Whenever someone says that my avatar is nice, I tell 'em it's not my art. And actually I didn't know who the creator of my avatar is, until you showed up - I downloaded it from an avatar website so it's not a rip off on my part.
I would suggest that you advocate sth more meaningful than this like how we should not kill baby seals :P.
