If he doesn't, I want HIM to let me know. I wouldn't care if someone was using my art as their avatar, I would care, however, if they said that it was them who drew it. Whenever someone says that my avatar is nice, I tell 'em it's not my art. And actually I didn't know who the creator of my avatar is, until you showed up - I downloaded it from an avatar website so it's not a rip off on my part.
I would suggest that you advocate sth more meaningful than this like how we should not kill baby seals :P.

Look, I understand the mechanichs of business and property rights very well, but every person who's ever uploaded something to the internet, should be aware that if it looks good, it's gonna be ripped off ;). I just don't understand why you're making such a fuss over an avatar.

Because when I saw your avatar I actually thought that Rion had set up a account here and I wanted to see all the new things he might be posting up. Considering he doesn't put anything up new which is completed on his own website anymore due to the fact that people are using his pictures for Signatures and Avatars and Web designs. I didn't mean for this to get so big but He did state on his very on website last month he is sick of people using his art without permission and he doesn't have eyes everywhere.
